Fake commitment by HR. Working on public holidays or national holidays. Give more benefits and salary to freshers as compared to experience persons. No gender equality. Managers always support to girls.

...es, then you can work here with ease, in fact you might even get a promotion. The pay parity at its worst, the intern/trainee is paid more than the assistant manager and at the end of the training period will be promoted to become the deputy manager, making her the senior of the people who trained them in the first place, (Jitni gaaliyaan aati hain dedo). The CHRO weirdly looks at women making g them feel miserable amd uncomfortable. The General Counsel is loony and nutjob as she hates it when the team is bonding, she hates it when the team has lunch together, she has a problem if you want to take a leave - before taking a leave, even if it is for one day, there will be a discussion that shall last from 50 to 90 minutes (depends if you just let her talk nonstop it will end in 50 to 60 minutes, but if you defend yourself or answer back it may last up to 90 to 100 minutes) because she loves argument. Also, don't try to take this up with management or the CFO (both are useless), they will pretend to hear all your problems and assure you that they will take care of the issues, and make amends but in reality they will just go and tell the whole thing to the general counsel and she will use this information to make your life miserable. I wish I could mention all the points but it is not possible.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary lot of cuting. Quality culture poor

Aarti Industries Ltd is the best company for I have well experienced about that bcz here's the work culture and management is also good anybody can do the job freely and also the company follows code of conduct properly and and benefit is that to grew up yourself...

... is a huge green area planted by company.There production must but safety first.Company polices are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There one more good thing is company treat everyone one equally that is don't matter they ate contract or company employees.
