Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...give you suitable tranning with out trainning they give you work for complesion.Salary expansion is bad for officer level.work life balance and working enviroment is not good.In this company manager can't have suitable knowledge.

Aarti Drugs Ltd. is a large organization, but its unit management is failing to handle manpower and stabilize employee salaries.

Dislikes

Because they gives very low salary for employees engineers are also included. And poor management of units.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
