Do not provide compensation, and growth is slow. The work pressure it is medium. Not traveling system, not canteen system. Increament it is slow.

Aarti Drugs Ltd. is a large organization, but its unit management is failing to handle manpower and stabilize employee salaries.

Because they gives very low salary for employees engineers are also included. And poor management of units.
