Working in aartidrugs ltd depends on which unit you are working . But one good thing working here is freshers are welcomed here and also they are exposed to variety of things so one gets good opportunities to learn and get skilled here . Most companies ask for expirience so in aarti you can gain experience, but HR policies are terrible here and keeps on changing on nearly day to day basis. Eg you can leave aartidrugs after serving 3 months notice period compulsorily but if you want expirience certificate you must complete a term of 3 years compulsorily. Apart from that your teammates depends on unit. Fortunately i have got awesome people and boss around me .

Increament , mediclaim, bonus all these policies are terribly worst.

Aarti Drugs Ltd. is a large organization, but its unit management is failing to handle manpower and stabilize employee salaries.

Because they gives very low salary for employees engineers are also included. And poor management of units.

we have aportunity to use your skill, and help for growth of company. salary stacture is unsatisfied , top managemant is possitive and free to do your job. but middle managemant is selfish. overall Aarti Drugs is very good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
