"Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience working at Arti Distillery. Unfortunately, the environment there was filled with politics and there were no training or growth opportunities. It was quite disappointing. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. Cheers!"

Likes

World class infrastructure,lab and plant machinery and product like none other in market. Production house is beautifully crafted. Plant Owner/md Shri Chetan sharma. GM Shri BB singh, pm Shri paliwal all of them were very polite and humble. It was an honour for me to have worked under their guidance.

Dislikes

So, I worked there as chemist but lab manager was a toxic, psycho and hyper personality. Often use abusive and disrespectful words towards junior staff.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
