Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Excellent place to learn under industry experts. Friendly and understanding management. Colleagues were from different culture as well as well highly knowledgeable hence you would be working with great minds. Best place to kick start your carrier if finance is your domain.

Compensation was decent. Had to work on Saturday's ( half day) even though stock market is closed.
