My time in aarize was highly disappointing due to several troubling issues within the organisation. The management, particularly Dr. Renu singh is overly controlling and micro manages tasks. High performers are often met with insecurity from management, leading to false rumours and, in some cases, unjust terminations. Favouritism towards certain channel partners is another serious issue and if you are not a fresher you must have got the same feedback from your channel partners also. The most unsettling aspect, however is the installation of cctv cameras with voice recording at employee’s desk's. Dr. Renu constantly listens to the recordings of the employee’s, creating an oppressive atmosphere of constant monitoring and mistrust. Overall, the toxic work culture and unfair practices make it a challenging environment that stifles both personal and professional growth. I would urge anyone considering joining Aarize group to think carefully and evaluate these concerns before joining the organisation.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
