Aarize group is known for toxic work culture, where micromanagement,distrust,and unethical practices thrive. Leadership specially Dr Renu Singh is known for taking over critical responsibilities such as deal closures by her own without telling to concern RM and CP’s. Instead of empowering the work she is creating toxic work culture. New hirees receive minimal guidance less support and high performers often become targets of internal insecurity,false rumours and sudden terminations are very common. Moreover surveillance cameras equipped with audio monitoring are used to invade employees privacy, fostering a culture of constant fear and distrust. Favouritism’s appears to be a major issue within the company. Ravi Kothari, Dr Renu Singh’s brother is given undue advantages within the system including control over key accounts. My time in aarize was highly disappointing due to several troubling issues within the organisation. The management, particularly Dr. Renu singh is overly controlling and micro manages tasks. High performers are often met with insecurity from management, leading to false rumours and, in some cases, unjust terminations. Favouritism towards certain channel partners is another serious issue and if you are not a fresher you must have got the same feedback from your channel partners also. The most unsettling aspect, however is the installation of cctv cameras with voice recording at employee’s desk's. Dr. Renu constantly listens to the recordings of the employee’s, creating an oppressive atmosphere of constant monitoring and mistrust. Overall, the toxic work culture and unfair practices make it a challenging environment that stifles both personal and professional growth. I would urge anyone considering joining Aarize group to think carefully and evaluate these concerns before joining the organisation.
