Pathetic environment toxic manager no salary increment. I work there as tally accountant but lots of pressure by hr the rules and regulations conducted by manger like a school. Don't join this company if you join then you are not employee you are labour.Also no offer letter, no appraisal letter,no relieving letter and no pay slips provided by the company.

Dislikes

They don't give offer letter, appraisal letter, relieving letter, nothing. Mangement is very poor they used you only for work never give you increment. I worked there in tally software. Lots of politics and pressure. There is no work life balance think twice before joining this company.

Culture, security, work like this, office , hr behaviour is so rude behave like school child , tech team is good there, no document on time , no fix time for salary, sometimes don't give salary, in time is fix but out time is always late, repeated work is give to developer
