It's a noble profession since one contributes to the world cause of conservation, field visits are exciting adventurous and enriching in terms of learning and building skills and experience
First of all, culture, a lot of gossip culture wherein bosses function not from the basis of an employee's professional performance but from the gossip he has experienced, unclear and chaotic lines of instruction, means of delivering feedback is demeaning sometimes, and regardful, constructive sometimes depending on the mood of the boss, even a 10% or even 5% pay raise its like you cant expect after TWO years of slogging, to justify which they will rather make you the worst possible review, functioning again from gossip perhaps and not from your proveable performance. No scope or career for talented ones. They like to enjoy donations like anything. They prefer employees who act like disciples before Godman. They think themselves to be Scientists and all, while they have done nothing for namesake. They're always concerned someone would know their traits. They've been openly criticized and rebuked in NGO forum meetings. They project themselves as a foremost research platform, but no such resource actually exists. This is an illusion and best known to them. They have no financial or HR policies, but had made such soft copies by pasting things from the internet, to submit as and when needed. Organisation by fools. They prefer ancient salaries, and without any structur
