nothing that can like, haan ek chij hai jo maine feel kiya hai. after this company when joining any other company, you defiantly like your next company because esse the worst company to aur koi nhi ho sakti.

... ho jay but mai pichee nhi hatunga. this happened to me that is my true story. Note-> If you want any proof like salary delay, salary cut office timing anything that I mention above you can contact me throw the comment. Current Setuion=> abhi 55% hike ke sath maje me hu, 5 months ho gaye hai and feeling like ab mai jel se aajad hu.

1. Salary not on time 2. No work-life balance 3. No increment 4. Unusual deduction 5. Poor management (btw only one person in management. He's everything.) 6. Unusual deadlines 7. No technical senior 8. office login time is fix not your logout timing.

all things dislikes not any environment not any salary , only works as a slaver i thinks (dihadi ) isse bdiya rhenga recommended not going any one im ui,ux design intern work three days only and i can't say much and one more thing cto talk rude behaviour with girls

I have many points to write: 1) Good Work Process. 2) Office environment is just perfect for every employee. 3) Many things to learn and I can explore more for knowledge gain. 4) Skill Development. 5) Team Work. 6) Better increment process.

Its been a great experience working with Aara technologies i was joined as in trainee and now i'm working as software developer. if you are a learner and want to grow your career by learning new things in a friendly environment then this is the right place to work.

Dislikes

Every place is having good and bad things but its you who are making things bad or very good. so i believe if you are focused on your work and learning then things will not bother you.
