Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

Everything. Like the work life Balance, Salary and benfits, Appraisals, job security, skill development measures taken by HRs and L&D team, The Commando Culture where the leadership is fully involved and helping team to achieve more.

At times, internal processes can feel a bit lengthy, which may affect efficiency. Expanding training and mentorship programs could further enhance employee growth opportunities.
