Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

...ment expects employees to work till late at night without any specific urgency. Got salary at 7th of every month. On some months it was delayed till 12 th.

I genuinely have no dislikes about this company, The work culture, management, growth opportunities, overall support provided to employees are exceptional. It’s a great place to work, grow and build your career.

My time working at AAPNA Infotech has been a positive experience with valuable learning opportunities. The team was very welcoming and provided valuable mentorship. The WFH policy at AAPNA was a wonderful experience as well, being able to obtain real world experience from home provided convenience and a good work-life balance. The practical experience gained from working on live projects was also beneficial for understanding industry standards and practices.

Dislikes

Remote work might limit direct interactivity with team members, however at AAPNA the meetings and activities were always engaging and never made it feel like we were missing out.

Good working environment, employee engagement program going on.

Dislikes

Working hours goes beyond the required hours. If you are a sincere towards you job then you need to put extra hours. Appraisal not done based on the performance and your knowledge.
