Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

...ment expects employees to work till late at night without any specific urgency. Got salary at 7th of every month. On some months it was delayed till 12 th.

The work environment is great. The HR Team keeps the employees highly engaged and there is always appreciation & recognition for commitment & engagement. The management is also available for any support required and there is open door policy to approach the CEO anytime.

Dislikes

Aapna needs to expand on new avenues and initiatives with the current skilled workforce. This would not only keep employees engaged and also foster a culture of innovation and deliver to their full potential.
