Nothing. It's a terrible place to work. The projects are unstructured, and there is no clarity on processes.

Dislikes

The projects are unclearly defined with no proper goals and lack structural ideas. The team members are unsupportive, lack professionalism, and are very toxic. The HR and Admin team are very rude and lack professionalism, they low ball new employees with low salaries and terrible work load, put up misinformation or unclear employee contracts. The management is very toxic and rude with employees

Organization has provided me with opportunities for grow, particularly in understanding complex areas of child protection.

Dislikes

The high volume of responsibilities can sometimes feel tiring. But its not specific to one department or designation. Everyone shares the load.

Great work life balance, good foray into child protection

Dislikes

Unsupportive, distant and incompetent seniors. No tranparency and accountability, hardly any raise, inflexible w.r.t work from home. Not inclusive enough towards people with disabilities

Salaries are sent on time.

Dislikes

Staff is underpaid, across the same vertical. Differential treatment. Discrimination, unfair HR policies; the review process is shady. The senior management is partial and absolutely disconnected from other staff. No scope of learning, growth, promotions or job security. My entire team was fired overnight because a certain Program Head disliked us and was besties with a particular director.
