Good company for people who starts their carrier and salary on time other benefits like PF, ESI and Insurance available.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is not there for senior level employees and manager is very poor also management is not even bother about back end office. Considering front office as tier 1 and back office as 2nd class even though the most work is being done from backend.

Individual ideas on productivity, work methods are accepted and appreciated by the management. Good flexibility to employees in all aspects and a good work life balance

Dislikes

...as to be improved. Employee trainings are not conducted to upgrade their skills. Pay depends on previous experience and pay.

Family business , need to please all family members. Difficult work enviroment since only the CEO is experienced and knows the job. Both his daughters who are inexperienced try to managed but its chaos....

I would say the company's overall reputation. Fun and inclusive.

Dislikes

Not getting recognised for their hard-work. Leadership is not good. Management is not fully aware on the things that go in the ground level and are not willing to get feedback from ground level employees.
