No Job Security No adequate salary Doctor dependency No facilities, private job are much better Salary delay more than 2-3 months No basic facilities

It was all about the satisfaction of job while handling the patients.

Actually, there were lots of issues there but, the salary issue was more prominent because salary was getting very late never got on time.

Concept like aamc is very good , now people people don't have to stand in long lines for small problems as well as all kinds of people are able to take advantage of it At the pandemic time like covid aamc has helped the hospital of delhi to the great extent , whose full credit goes to the delhi government who brought a concept like aamc to delhi

There is no special disappointment . This is just request get us on salary time . because of it is difficult to run own house because of not getting it on salary time ,how long will the house go on loan . And present this concept like aamc and better to the people of delhi

But for people is very very helpful clinic about medicines, ultra sound and any treatment

Pharmacist steal the medicines to the doctor, earn lot of money, runshis own clinic I the evening at the cost mahalla clinic medicines and poses himself as a doctor I front of poor patients , who all him doctor sahib . MTs does play around without doing anyworkfor the patients

Aamc staff is good where I am working and also in previous AAMC.

No surety of job we have always frightened of loosing job. The higher authorities are not supportive and also not listening what we are facing issues during working hours and when we deal with patient and also not safety for AAMC staff... Please listen to AAMC staff for better change and development for public and also for AAMC staff because AAMC staff knows because they direct deal with patient and stay in AAMC in 6 hours so they know what needs to be changed
