Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Residence to company distance is very less

Dislikes

...cause Quality assistant Manager(GREESH CHANDRA) behaviour to others is very bad. Always he want to increase his own salary. For that reason he driven out his juniors from the company. Suppose junior salary is 3000 AED,for driven out the junior He demand from management half salary of junior(1500 AED)It is very bad situation for new comers because already employee left his previous job. Management already know everything but no any action taken.
