Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Shatrujeet Kaniya aur Vishal company ke employee hai. Seth ko mai-baap bolte hai lekin company ka sara material sab contractors ko bechte hai. Site se steel bhangar setting karke paisa lete hai. Kaniye ne Ilyas se mobile liya hai bheek mang ke. lekin fir bhi ye chor logo ko company ne rakha hai. Na to inko kaam ata hai aur na hi koi qualified degree hai. Seth ke talve chaat ke pagaar badane ki kala hai kaniye me.

Shatrujeet kaniya is chor and vishal is bevda. Taking money from contractors and selling companys material such cement,sand to waterproofing contractor and taking commission from scrap dealer and making changes in weight of steel so that they get huge amount from scrap dealer. making fake cash vouchers and using companys money personally
