1. Ontime salary 2. Theoretically one can have exposure to true sense managerial skill since everyday will be challenging 3. Policy wise very good (although the same can be implemented if you are not blue eyed boy)

1. Poor Work Life Balance - even asks to work on National Holidays in the name of skeleton staff 2.Too much internal politics 3. No futuristic ideas or real time ideas 4. Till long way to attain corporate culture 5. Always prefer to yes boss attitude

Politics is on higher side, to save their job they can sack you anytime, including HR is also involved in the same, if you are having a good touch at higher level then only you can survive otherwise you'll not able to work and anytime they'll sack you. Pathetic environment at branch due to middle management. All the fools are sitting together at middle management. The person who don't know about sales he is heading the sales team, not recommended for those who is not good in buttering the seniors. If you are good in buttering then it's a good place for your growth.

Salary package is good and it will be credited on time.

All the decisions will be taken by a few peoples in a state(specially in TN) if you are ready to work as a slave for them your job will be safe else you will get PIP or anyother action without any reason...Peace of mind is very important than earnings. As a branch head you need to work all Seven days.

Undue drive for daily numbers. Not suitable for an education company. Off days also have calls ans zoom session

Working culture is pathetic, no work life balance. Hunger for sales never ends, the better you perform the more targets you will get. No cool off period in entire session, low incentives
