Salary on time. Training part is good. Compliance is good. Incentive part is good.

Dislikes

No overtime need to work more the 10 hrs at the time of admissions sometimes 12 hrs. Full year admission session goes. Atleast pay for that hard work. No weekoffs due to targets means in a month 2 you can take due to pressure of sales.

... bad to you. Employees feedback is taken from time to time and is worked out. Salary is always on time, competitive and lively environment. Work is not monotonous to be at Aakash Institute. You learn everything. You get little family time as compared to other organizations. The person who has worked at Aakash Institute will always cherish the time spent here. Its a lifelong learning if you keep working at Aakash Institute and that's what we should strive for! Look forward to seeing the continued success of the organization.

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

...community them you are king. Else you life is hell. HOD favours his people only. Months ago many people were fired from digital and no one was taken back but Noman is back with high salary bz he is brother of Faruk. Sahnabaj and Mohsin again joined bcz they are his people. No hindu is permitted to join back.
