1. Poor Work Life Balance - even asks to work on National Holidays in the name of skeleton staff 2.Too much internal politics 3. No futuristic ideas or real time ideas 4. Till long way to attain corporate culture 5. Always prefer to yes boss attitude

...lso tell you every seniors of this company wants from your side like as servant. your salary growth also depend on your seniors no involvement company on this , all are Corrupts in this company , Companies director listen only seniors they no listen employee problems.

I strongly recommend to the company MD and Director sir kindly look into this those employees left your company what is reason behind, my dislike in this company's system some of policy is wrong for the students and Parents, this is educational sector please i suggest kindly change that kindly of policy and kindly care about your organizational Employee

Aakash is good company to work but in my rajahmundry branch it is completely different head always shows bias and always holds my incentive I hardly taken less incentives ,There are some unfair activities happening at branch when I try to convey this to hr ,hr not responded....

...we should be magician.For sales and marketing thier is no periodic training ..The salary package is awesome..if you are going to work for the company it totally depends upon managers skills.If he is skilled sales guy then your life is good..if not...he will make your life hell.

.... Career growth was average when working under a franchisee of aakash institute. But the salary was credited on time and anual increment was timely with incentives every year.

Dislikes

Working under a franchisee department has some of its drawbacks. The career growth was somewhat stagnent and the work was routine with no much scope of learning. Also there is an issue of week off.
