Also learned a lot about team handling and how to work as team member. My team was very supportive and seniors always helped me when required. Dislikes

Working under a franchisee department has some of its drawbacks. The career growth was somewhat stagnent and the work was routine with no much scope of learning. Also there is an issue of week off.

My job was quite challenging. Ihad to deal with guardians and pitch them our product as well as as a part of the promotion team I had to develop our market so that our products can be placed properly before our target user through public speaking etc.

Sincerity fund criteria is not satisfactory. As due to very serious condition in my family I left my job from AESL before cometion of 2 year tenure (i did there 1 year and 4 months job). I left AESL with one month prior notice, but still I didn't get sincerity find. No dues already done in april month of 2024. It will be good if company will provide me sincerity fund.

The only dislike about Aakash Institute, Amravati centre is the Branch Head Pritam Patil. Sometimes I don't understand how a corporate can hire such people who make female employees unsecure and unsafe. No girl is safe at all around him. He blinks eyes to girls. And when someone speaks against him, he takes out grudges and higher authorities also support him.
