Students are pampered too much. Unnecessary drama all the time. Incompetent leaders who are absolutely clueless on how to impart competitive coaching. Too much micro management from head office.

... those who actually teach well. All they want are some blindly following people. Compensation is terrible. Freshers must never start their career at aakash. They enter into your personal space.

Worst.. no ethics.. fired faculties and not paying security amount that was deducted monthly. Pitampura and Lucknow franchisee is worst of all

Nothing I can think about that I liked.. except I got salary on time.. that's it. Extreme work load .. no holidays.. no ethics

...have work, you just need to do your 9 hour sitting idle. you can expect 8% hike. they will cut 10% of your salary as variable, and another 10 as a security which you will get after completing 26 months. Also they will only accept resignation in the month of feb with a newly introduced 2 months notice period. Well, it is only to make the company operations easy, they can fire you in a breath. If you are a man, you will die for transfer, but they can transfer you wherever THEY want, you get 2 days to report to new location. No compensation for relocation. The whole industry is bad, but Aakash is the biggest devil.

Salary in time.. Co workers good. Merit classes good response. Less work load.

... habit with subordinate faculty staff. Difficult to complete 26 months contract. Loss of salary cuts ultimately faculty run away due to internal politics.
