Politic Favour only for those who are close to senior management. Hard work employee this company don't want. No transfer they will provide. They force employee for doing things which are not good for the employee.

Everything in that company is pathetic except the fact that my Teammates were pretty good and helpful and salary was always on time

Growth is pretty slow. There is no job security and the work pressure is way too much. The managing director do not value an individuals unique strengths.

good company with bad management (people) 1. no promotions 2. internal politics, chamcha giri, tu meri chaat me teri chat ta hu. 3. complete dominance of UP peoples who supports each other's 4. should change name to "Uttar Bhartiya Educational Services of Internal & Corporate Politics." 5. promotions to undeserving people as i mentioned in point no.2 6. ops seniors doesn't know how to do GRN's, STO, PR, Issuance in SAP & ERP but still holding senior positions. 7. always need to do late seating. 8. no life-work balance. 9. no fix holiday. 10. useless regional office. 11. not great place to work. 12. they buy NEET & JEE topers for fake publicity and admissions. 13. backstabber colleagues.

Not very much secure, work culture is good but not very good. Appraisals very poor, bonus is only name and incentives

Chamchagirii and salary structure is very low for operation which is very important for the management.

They believe in politics only. Just pressure pressure n only pressure. Fake commitment made about salary .. All seniors are great politicians that they always ready to put u in a mess. Worst working culture.
