Good work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent and career growth is slow.

They believe in politics only. Just pressure pressure n only pressure. Fake commitment made about salary .. All seniors are great politicians that they always ready to put u in a mess. Worst working culture.

... with a team with your mentality feels like 2nd home. Work cultre was very good. Had no problem with salary and learnt many things.

Some problems were about getting offs. And left because couldnt get increment after two years working there

Disliking things were not much. Only the thing is they should not provide targets to the counsellors as they already have a hectic schedule of attaining too many enquiries and informative calls on daily basis along with asmission processing activities in the given software. They should be provided a stressfree work culture as they are the smiling and cheerful representatives of the company at the front office.
