Salary on time incentive if you are in sales team and working hard then only its good.

No weekoff, 0 work life balance, if they are providing any weekoff employees will feel that they got some charity. No social and personal life forget about leaves

Good work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent and career growth is slow.

They believe in politics only. Just pressure pressure n only pressure. Fake commitment made about salary .. All seniors are great politicians that they always ready to put u in a mess. Worst working culture.

... with a team with your mentality feels like 2nd home. Work cultre was very good. Had no problem with salary and learnt many things.
