Poor Working environment , They give salary in two installment ..like if march salary have to come , then it comes in april in 2 installment .. 1 near 13-14 april and 2nd comes near 25 april .. you cant improve skills there ...

Company gives very good appraisal but only if you lobbying your seniors otherwise your hard work will pay off nothing.

Job sercuity is zero, even after your confirmation you can be fired or transferred at any time and without any reason, forget about your personal life, full of politics as company owners and HR trust on BM and ADs who are corrupt to the most so think twice to join this company.

Politic Favour only for those who are close to senior management. Hard work employee this company don't want. No transfer they will provide. They force employee for doing things which are not good for the employee.
