They believe in politics only. Just pressure pressure n only pressure. Fake commitment made about salary .. All seniors are great politicians that they always ready to put u in a mess. Worst working culture.

Bad work enviroment and culture.teammates are supportive but the management is so bad behaviours.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good but brance maneger not follow the policies.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness. And there is a lot of misbehave with the employees

It was a good experience. Good package. Cheerful and supporting staff. Decent culture.

Dislikes

Disliking things were not much. Only the thing is they should not provide targets to the counsellors as they already have a hectic schedule of attaining too many enquiries and informative calls on daily basis along with asmission processing activities in the given software. They should be provided a stressfree work culture as they are the smiling and cheerful representatives of the company at the front office.

Salary always credited on time Or advance if the last day is holiday.

HR is totally worthless there. They don't have any power, BM & RHGH is only the decision maker. HR followed BM's order only so they should remove the HR in their company because they are totally helpless.
