Center politics Toxic head and upper management Nominal or no appraisal No leaves(on paper leaves are there for yiu to take but you cant have it) ZERO JOB SECURITY Students are will decide how your journey in aakash will be unless you are having good contacts with upper management, cz if you scold then they will leave a bad remark on your feedback and you will be done for Toxic head going in every class to gather written application which can be used against you for untimely termination ( they have Atleast one application for each faculty) RD WONT HELP YOU IN ANYWAYS HEAD DONT RESPECT FACULTY dynamic timing, your shift can run from 930 to 7:30 and if your head is toxic then she /he might not give you compensation for that also

Too much work load for a little pay ( had to take more than 7 hours of classes everyday ) Discrimination towards faculties who have less experience, people can't digest a fact that newcomers can also have far better subject knowledge than old and inactive faculties ( especially in south region ) No recognition, management treat faculties like their play things. No stability ( you can get transfer mail any time ) Slow growth Too many branches but lack of faculties, i had to do to and fro between two underdeveloped cities just to complete the syllabus. And after completing syllabus, i got a transfer letter to a branch in another tier 3 city. : ( , and new branches are still getting opened in small places. Conservative environment and archaic rules.( hope that this will get better because company is atleast trying to hire faculties of younger generations, and there is a HR system ) It may take two to three decades, but i have hopes that this company will get better in every aspect.

Nothing My this review is about Akash Lucknow, they are opportunistic. they put us on leave without pay at the worst time. everything was sudden. All teachers were given two option go on leave without pay or give resignation latter. I was forced to give resignation without any notice period. I had to travel by road to my home town (which is 500 km from Lucknow) with my family there was no trains during lockdown. Please do not join such organization. Thank you.

...ood is salary we are getting on time (Not sure how many days it will continue ) salary here is divided into two parts 1 fixed monthly salary and variable pay (Which they are not giving )

The company is not giving Variable pay which has to be given half yearly. Apart from that they have deducted 10% of total salary and they mentioned in joining letter that it will be given in the 26th Month after completing 2 years. I have already completed 30 months but they are not giving my own money which is more than 3 lacs and combined with variable its total 4.5 lacs. if u join now definitely u will regret after two years as u will loose a lot of money what ever salary they offer u will get 60-70% only in hand

Management is very poor, decided by individuals decision. Lured people by good salary hike by some cooks. If you want a stable job security do not join Aakash. No natural justice for the employees, you may lose your jobs in a minutes with some fictional reason build against you. If you want to take big risk of your career, suitable place to work run by some academics who are all liars.
