No hindu is permitted to join back.

Not deserving salary (Salary = 20×Revenue ) For only non academic employees Not have budget to pay while for academic team have maximum of capping for salary Management only focus on sale sale sale Revenue Revenue Revenue, academic team have always high targets and pressure

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

Very unprofessional office environment No job security, lots of internal politics, no value for Admission officers , lots of pressure every day, everyday like a hell here, BM is playing politics he does favourizam no travel allowance are being approved no any vendors payment is being paid it’s going to BM pocket if you spend anything for marketing activities you will not get it back because it is also whateverw money comes to branch it is all going to BM pocket. No value for parents also,

HR is totally worthless there. They don't have any power, BM & RHGH is only the decision maker. HR followed BM's order only so they should remove the HR in their company because they are totally helpless.
