Dislikes

They don't value individuals much. Rules are applied blindly. Higher management is very irresponsible when it comes to employees' individual considerations. Don't join if you are very good with subject as growth is steady. Non performers get same growth. A lot of favour on DD level. HR department is just like other HR departments in India, they always favour AD & DD's interests over an individual employee and that's not good.

Package, by which I attracted towards them. I learn many lessons from them regarding career path to follow for my future from their.

Dislikes

To encourage lower income people to purchase the product which is not good or say's like worthless to them in term of knowledge to purchase by showcasing their childrens weakness.

As per career growth, job security and salary, it is a very good place to work

Dislikes

In terms of work environment, it is not a good place at all. There is so much politics and even your senior managers are doing politics and one more thing which I don't like is that most of the heads or academic head are from biology background, so they always take decisions which benefits biology faculty not anyone else.

Politic Favour only for those who are close to senior management. Hard work employee this company don't want. No transfer they will provide. They force employee for doing things which are not good for the employee.
