Working in Akash educational is an average experience, no such good increments of non-academic employees but they obviously offer expensive salary packages to Academic employees. Work pressure is there, no more leaves, if you do not have work related to ur KRA they can offer you to do Stapling papers, or any such stupid and irrelevant task to you.

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

Management is very poor, decided by individuals decision. Lured people by good salary hike by some cooks. If you want a stable job security do not join Aakash. No natural justice for the employees, you may lose your jobs in a minutes with some fictional reason build against you. If you want to take big risk of your career, suitable place to work run by some academics who are all liars.
