No job security. No work life balance. 15 din ka salary hath me rakhte hai. Resign karoge to last month salary nhi milegi. Boss employees ko sabke samne gali dete hai or marte hai. Isiliye local area ka koi employee nhi milta isiliye bahare se hire karte hai Purane employee sab bhag rhe hai. Company me bas sirf 50% kam ka pressure ha or baki 50% to boss aake gali denge , marenge dar ka mahol hota hai. Do not join this company.

... not a company it is big frod organization oner behavior not good like a layman. Employ Salary deduction and not clear Salary is is this organization nature. All the engineers can ignore this organization This organization HR taget more than 15 new staff joining in the month and their valid 1.5 month it is the organization profit no Salary paid this staff. So that any engineer can not join this organization

I had hoped for a professional and collaborative experience with aakash India, but the behavior of boss has left me deeply dissatisfied. Their attitude not only hindered the progress of the project but also created an environment where effective communication and problem-solving were impossible. I believe that a company’s leadership sets the tone for the entire project, and unfortunately, Rahul & Vishal failed to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect. I would strongly recommend that management undergo training on communication, leadership, and conflict resolution to prevent future clients from experiencing the same level of frustration that I encountered.

Company culture is very toxic. They don't respect talented engineers. They want chatu employee... If you will not entertain them they you will never grown up. And some Uncultured uncivilized persons are there and the company is entertaining by them. No one will listen your wards. My suggestion don't waste your career by joining in this company one chatu billing engineer is there who pretends like he knows everything.... But he doesn't know to prepare bbs. My suggestion . They will give fake promises if you will trapped on that then then by surely u will spoil your career. Rest depends on people. I was working there since 1 year .. I got 0 self growth and tons of work load. As I say they don't deserve talented employees . Yes I'm rating myself as talented because the boss of the company knows... What talent I have,
