No job security. No work life balance. 15 din ka salary hath me rakhte hai. Resign karoge to last month salary nhi milegi. Boss employees ko sabke samne gali dete hai or marte hai. Isiliye local area ka koi employee nhi milta isiliye bahare se hire karte hai Purane employee sab bhag rhe hai. Company me bas sirf 50% kam ka pressure ha or baki 50% to boss aake gali denge , marenge dar ka mahol hota hai. Do not join this company.

Rahul Sawa comes to side every day abuse all the employees infront of Labour, junior staff and female staff. Employees ko marte hai , Agar aap family Wale hai to ye company join mat kijiyega . I had hoped for a professional and collaborative experience with aakash India, but the behavior of boss has left me deeply dissatisfied. Their attitude not only hindered the progress of the project but also created an environment where effective communication and problem-solving were impossible. I believe that a company’s leadership sets the tone for the entire project, and unfortunately, Rahul & Vishal failed to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect. I would strongly recommend that management undergo training on communication, leadership, and conflict resolution to prevent future clients from experiencing the same level of frustration that I encountered.
