When I was working my team was good and work culture was also very good.

...anagement/higher authorities. Now the work culture is very poor and suffocating. Initially they pay the salary timely, however, after few months they delay the payment by saying insufficient money. Then pay partial salary, this way the unpaid salary increases and when one's due salary reached about Rs 50000/- the management expels the employee by creating any reason. Finally they do not the pay the remaining salary. I am facing the same problem.

Only one reason I like because company is near at my home.

company management is very bad. Salary not provide timely. Lab management is not good, have not good equipment's and not provide timely other lab requirement.

Well, I did not feel bad about anything but our top management is trying their best to provide a good environment to all the employees working there.

Employees se 5 star force karke lene me expect company. Paise hold aur 2min bhi late aao to paise kaat lete pure din ke Farzi company h koi offer/joining letter nahi deti. HR ko phone Karo to HR number block kar deti hai
