...rogram for name shake , no work knowledge only chitchatting in these sessions. 14-16 hours daily working without any additional pay Rude Managers , use abusive language. HR is the buddy of senior managers , entry level employees are not listened to or does not matter.

Nothing .but salary is on time that's the only thing .

1. They have so called MT period if there is demand like in peak season they will hire you and if there is no demand then they will not even you have work hard and dedicated towards organisation. 2.The location is so outskirts of the city it's resembles the same as in panchayat web series. No safety . 3.This is the first organisation I have seen where if you deduct your pf you also have to give employer contribution. 4. Aaj Enterprises management Team should be in politics even they can win it. 5. It's a typical LALA company. If you are a corporate person you can't survive 6. Sometimes on peak season you have to work 17-18 hrs day to nights shifts 7. Please if there is no job left in the whole world than you can join this company. 8. No cafeteria, No Ac's, even sometimes no chair to sit , bring your own blower in winters to survive .

Working at AAJ enterprises' Delhi warehouse has been great. They ensure salary is credited on time, the work culture is positive, Managers are supportive, making it good place to work.

Cafeteria options could be improved.

Typically it's a lala company. Only one thing that you will get ur salary timely.

No work culture Only give benifits to selected 2-3 employees rest are servent. 16-18 hours shift Very Bad management. Most funny thing is HR put pressure for fake reviews on naukri Company is running based on freshers only. And many more.it's not going to be end.

...awesome experience. The best part is support management provide whenever needed. There are not at all delays in receiving salary.

Sometimes the work load gets extremely high during the peak season of any client. During that time we need to put in some extra hours so that we complete the work in the client provided timeline.
