... with 3 months notice period and if you break the bond amount will be 3.5 lakhs. Dirty politics, micro management, less salary, Toxic ceo, Toxic director. Office hours more than 9:30 hrs. They do not care about employees and their health. If you want stressful life, zero work life balance then you can go.

...ern towards their employees, a very rude senior management team, low pay, etc. If your timesheet and monitored desktop time does not match then the X amount from your salary will be deducted without giving any explanation or warning. No rules regarding salary and leaves are informed during onboarding. Very conveniently they forget to keep their employees informed regarding their rules and overall functioning. You will never get a satisfactory answer from HR regarding anything. Everyone works on weekends. Because some seniors and CEO are free on weekend. You do not get comp-off. No acknowledgment. You are expected to leave your personal life behind. There is so much to say but I am just happy that I left.

There is nothing to like about working with this company.

Company's culture is worst. They don't have any policies and no compensatory off and sometimes they didn't full salary without giving any reason. If you are joining other company then in background verification they will talk bad about you and leaving bad impression on future employers. There is micromanagement and HRs are worst if you complain them about any issues and problems instead of solving them they will scold you.

Micro Management have no limits, Doubting employee have to keep the cursor moving in the laptop to complete the 9 hours mandatory working excluding breaks time efforts and hard work are not counted
