No Job Security at all, work culture is disgusting, in the name of appraisal company provideds 1000 increment p.m. No paid leaves, casual or seek leaves allowed, Company Management makes lots of manipulation and fake commitments to achieve their personal goals by using employees and gives unfair remuneration for the target's achieved. Coming to the office politics there is 1 senior lady working from last 10-15 years who have very low knowledge or limited knowledge always comes in between other employees growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No motivation no good Salary growth no on job training no proper division of work no facilities to employees
