Working at aagna global solutions is good. Colleagues are Good . Environment is Good. It is a night shift. They conduct the interviews in evening time from Monday to Friday. Basic English is enough to communicate. 5 working days in a week is good. they provide us good incentives.

Dislikes

...one needs to pay hostel fees and room rents etc.. and they need money on time. If they fail to pay salary on time employees will feel difficult and irritated for working. They will take work lightly.

I love the company &my teammates is very good and salary is very low & still I don't receive my PF AMOUNT

Work pressure is high cz of some manger but not every manger den management don't care to workess cz proper date don't give salary in everymonth salary was delay Sum time management ask suggestions & workess also give suggestions but still workess suggestions will not working on it

Work place atmosphere was good..chance to interact with many different people..free hot beverages for refreshment

No job security,higher officials not friendly or supportive (i.e.managers) ,no other incentives other than attendance bonus..nothing much to learn,no growth,unnecessary work pressure

... culture and so many unqualified people are there. Recruitment should be strict. Salary will be delayed or not even given for 2&3 months

Am work in nit shift only so am not compatible and job security is more caring and salary very low and no travel special and yes absolutely work environment is very good and..... no comments
