Working at aagna global solutions is good. Colleagues are Good . Environment is Good. It is a night shift. They conduct the interviews in evening time from Monday to Friday. Basic English is enough to communicate. 5 working days in a week is good. they provide us good incentives.

...one needs to pay hostel fees and room rents etc.. and they need money on time. If they fail to pay salary on time employees will feel difficult and irritated for working. They will take work lightly.

Work place atmosphere was good..chance to interact with many different people..free hot beverages for refreshment

No job security,higher officials not friendly or supportive (i.e.managers) ,no other incentives other than attendance bonus..nothing much to learn,no growth,unnecessary work pressure
