You will get enough leaves and can take leave very easily. No lecture adjustment.

Dislikes

Job security is 0 as they can fire you instantly anytime. And students are below average as they will give admission to Donkey also if he will pay a fees.

Any day can be last day Director, Dean, Hod are namesake, nothing in their hands Executive Director is imposed who don't even know how to behave. He is biased and has developed favourites. Students want classes, noone cares. Non beneficial events all the time. Terrible increment. Owners have closed all windows to listen. Pure Lala culture. No employee retention, no policy. Deductions without prior information. System ki maa behen ho rakhi hai. They think they pay better. Outside world has no option and less payment they think. Overconfidence without reason. Many employees left the organisation due to poor Director (s) and their outdated leadership qualities. Hard copy people.

1. Bad Management 2. No leave policy ( in fact they have hardly made any policy since April which I could mention) 3 . Extended shift and also shift timing changes( Mon - Sat) Sunday off 4. Bias behaviour by Leaders 5. Dictatorship Culture A lot more.. But I guess this will help.

Salary on time. Teaching students.

Dislikes

Working days - Monday to sunday This review is only for SOPA department it is Music Course department. No proper management for students it's totally mess with subject and time table. No security No permanent job they can fire you any time without any reason: Politics. Management doesn't care about staffs. Feels like Call Center most of the time. Following up student fees status. During vacations totally it is telecaller job doesn't matter who are faculty/Dean/HOD. Lots of politics within department can't trust anyone. Colleague try to kick u off if you have better knowledge/skills: Politics. Skill/talent/knowledge not required only required is good relationship with student so they can pay the fees on time.

...han them. Yea...... As a faculty I was forcd to get fees from stdnts............ Very low salary of even senirs so how would I expct.......
