This place is a toxic nightmare—zero learning, zero upskilling, zero respect, zero work-life balance, and, of course, a pathetic salary to top it off. The so-called "Tech Head" Bhanu Vats is a full-blown micromanaging control freak. He treats employees like his personal servants, demanding blind obedience. He doesn’t just monitor your work—he has his favorite lackey spying on you, reporting details like what time you leave, who you talk to, and using that information to publicly humiliate and degrade you whenever he pleases. Expect to slave away from 9:30 AM to at least 10 PM every day, and don’t even think about leaving without his approval. But guess what? At the end of the day, he deliberately vanishes for long tea/snack breaks, just to keep employees waiting like hostages. The founder and Bhanu Vats think they are untouchable gods, running the company like a dictatorship, controlling every little thing through manipulation, intimidation, and blatant favoritism. If you're not in their inner circle, you're nothing. He even throws secret parties for his favorites, while the rest of the employees are treated like garbage. Job security? Doesn’t exist. They hire freshers, lie to clients, and pass them off as experienced professionals. When these freshers can’t meet the impossible expectations, they’re kicked out without hesitation. If they want to get rid of you but don’t want to fire you outright, they start targetting you and humiliate you ..Employees, desperate to gain experience and unable to find a job elsewhere on short notice, are forced to endure this humiliation just to survive Salary? Expect massive deductions. They steal 13% of your pay every month, which you’ll never see again if you leave. Fail to complete 12 hours? More deductions. HR? A complete joke. Bhanu himself pretends to be HR, sending emails under their name. Any hope of a fair resolution is a fantasy. Those positive online reviews? Fake. They force employees to leave good reviews when they resign, creating a deceptive image of the company. If you value your career, sanity, and dignity, STAY AWAY. This is a soul-sucking disaster of a company. DO NOT JOIN.

...EO ,Bhanu Vats, forced me to work over 15 hours a day under this false pretense. As for the salary? I consider it nothing more than a cashback—completely worthless. His lies and false commitments caused massive project delays, and when the client eventually pulled the project from him, he put all the blame on me. Within a month, I was removed without any consideration for the countless hours I had worked, including slogging through weekends and sacrificing every Saturday and Sunday. Think twice—no, think thrice—before joining this company. He will make your life a living hell.
