The work culture is disgusting and they are the pure definition of toxicity. The majority of old employees gang up against new employees and there’s body shaming, over exploiting of employee, the bosses are greedy for money and they use employees and let’s not get into how poorly managed the company is. They will treat you like salves, There’s no work life balance. They treat employees like garbage and I don’t wish them well. Honestly, if you don’t wanna ruin your mental health, don’t join it. They will make you work entire week and won’t even give a holiday.employees work on all national holidays. You will feel like shit in few days of joining as their hateful and snide comments will have terrible impact on your mental health.
