I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. This company pay timely.

Dislikes

There are Following points you have to know before joining. 1. Salary deduction very high. 2. No CL & EL 3. No festival leave 4. Do not expect good increment 5. As a design engineer you have to do everything related site even you have to go daily site visit. 6. Toxic office culture 7. You do not talk any colleagues because in work station you found 3 to 4 camaras surveillance. 8. All employees are unskilled This company does not care about his staffs.
