Everything no permanent work timings because Morning shift time is 9:00am but no end time and Most important things is company culture just like a political politics total means total politics so that I don't like this typ company.

...ACE awards but no growth and also local regional / Zonal head playing politics..i got good compensation & rating, but growth is very low.. as per above reasons im move out...Aadhar is employee safety company...

Supporting by crediting salary timley but i do not understand one thing that why they are not giving bonus for last fincial year while compny is in profit about 189 cr Sales person get incentive for their work monthly while we get one time bonus in a year management need to recognise our work That what i want say

Colleague are good & supporting in the nature , job security is satisfactory but payment of salary based on regularization must be changed some time employees are not able to regularize attendance due to some technical or other reasons.

Saurabh Seth is cheater and he has no good skill and talking of way is not good . He has corrupted person and Taslim Gazi is HR Head in AHFL was support to him and Saurabh Seth has given the loan to the Customer . Every customer’S loan are Fake profile and collection are blast in Jhansi Location. Saurabh Seth and Taslim Gazi both Corrupted person in AHFL . So plz Dnot Join This company

...in main apne senior se ki toh jisne HR Head Taslim Gazi iska Support karte hai . Saurabh Seth agar apna Target pura kare ya na Kare unhe salary aati hai . Lekin employee ki salary nhi aati hai . Isme main AHFL ke CEO Rishi Anand ko bhi call kiya tab bhi meri salary nhi mili . Iske liye main court ka support liya tab kuch hua
