I love this company. Overall experience is really good. All employee is good supporting.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Personal life is nothing.

Good work environment. Teammates and seniors are supportive. When is comes to compensation company is very good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible here. You're made to work on Sundays. Public holidays gets cancelled before one day and you're called to work.

...ployee in future. Because people are working for their familiy, for their needs. Complete Family and family members are complitely depend on his salary. If anyone lost his job in such situation, how he can survive, how his family survive, what they will eat... So please... this is my humble request you before taking anyone job please confirm he or she is sole earning person of his/her family or not. Thank you

Definitely if I get then I will go forward with aadhar.companey supports me a lot and policy is very easy to do business. And appraisals are very fair.salarys are good.simple word is i felt aadhar is my 2nd mother.tqsm

...sent see people growth from lower post ,they just want them to stay their only .you have to fight for promotion and salary hike even u deserve more .
