Good work experience, and staff cooperative and supportive for patient care and other work related to emergency medicine, emergency trays etc,new learning regarding procedure for ex CVP insertion, tracheostomy insertion and care,NG tube and Foley's insertion etc

Your job is not secured. Because anytime your incharge can expel you, they need a machine to work 24*7. After doing work like a machine they were never satisfied. Management is overall 0. Small thinking and non technical staff is in management team. High defined policies but they never worked on principles and policies.

Dislikes

Staff who worked hard never gets its earning according to work. Bootlicker are always remains in top there.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
