Your job is not secured. Because anytime your incharge can expel you, they need a machine to work 24*7. After doing work like a machine they were never satisfied. Management is overall 0. Small thinking and non technical staff is in management team. High defined policies but they never worked on principles and policies.

Staff who worked hard never gets its earning according to work. Bootlicker are always remains in top there.
