Working here was a pretty good experience, seniors are very supportive and office environment is also very good.

Dislikes

No additional benefits provided apart from the salary, pf and insurance are also not provided. Salary for a fresher is also not enough once you join the company you have to wait for a year for increment in your salary.

Toxic company environment with unprofessional supervisors ...they follow the hippa guidelines where half of the floor phone uses on floor and half of them are restricted to use phone...that's the knowledge they have about RCM ..they don't know how a RCM company runs just focus on production,,no body focus on quality parameters.
